Jenny : Hello, Maxwell's Seafood and Steakhouse.
May I help you?
James : Yes. I need to cancel my reservation.
Jenny : Under what name was the reservation made?
James : Lai.
Jenny : Yes. I have your reservation right here. There are actually two Lais listed.
James : Mine is under the name of James Lai.
Jenny : All right. I'll cancel that reservation.
James : The other reservation was made by my brother. We accidentally both made reservations for the same night.
Jenny : No problem. I'll see you on Sunday.
